4:30 pm Vinyasa Yoga

Stretch and strengthen muscles, plus stimulate and encourage proper functions of internal organs.  This class is designed to refine and build on foundational yoga postures.  It continues to focus on basic alignment withan emphasis on subtle adjustment that allows for a deeper understanding of the healing benefits of yoga.

4:30 pm Spin

A group class on stationaery bicycles in which participants do interval, strength, and endurance work by riding hills and flat roads.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels, because you determine how hard you want to ride.

45 minutes

4:30 pm Aqua Zumba
5:00 pm Cardio Pump

This workout is sure to keep you moving and working hard.  Short ultra-intense cardio followed by a medley of diverse body-shaping routines.  Cardio Pump is designed to keep you interested with lots of diverse equipment and variations of different exercises.

60 minutes

5:15 pm Aqua Sculpt

This intense class will challenge even the most advanced participants.  Each class covers the essential of cardio exercise, resistance, and flexibility.  Proper form is emphasized while using a variety of equipment to increase total body strength and endurance.

6:00 pm Zumba Toning

Using weighted Zumba Toning Sticks, this class enhances rhythm, builds strength, and tones all areas of the body by combining body-sculpting exercises with Latin-infused Zumba moves.

6:30 pm Classical Yoga

This method of exercise is based on movement, breathing, and developing awareness of mind.  Classical yoga will help to harmonize the body, breathing, and mind, relieving stress while building strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.
