JOB SUMMARY/SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Membership Manager (MM) develops, implements, and monitors, and analyzes sales events and promotions and communications that attract, enroll and retain members at the LIFT Wellness Center.  The MM is responsible for all aspects of membership sales including collecting leads, converting leads to prospects, converting prospects and clinical program participants to membership and managing programs and member accounts to retain those members. The MM is also responsible for managing customer satisfaction including the handling of all customer communications and oversight of essential member services including member accounts, member satisfaction, billing, ordering, childcare and reporting.  Responsible for oversight of front desk staff and all POS transactions

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, public relations, communications or a fitness/health related field.

LICENSURE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION:

 

BLS certification must be obtained within orientation period, and certification must be kept current while in this position.

 

EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of experience in the following: direct sales, customer and membership services, program development and implementation in a health/fitness employment setting, supervision and management of staff.
