The Lift Wellness Center offers the MyZone heart rate monitor with dedicated screens located in the fitness, gymnasium, track, and group fitness rooms allowing you to track your HR while you work out at LIFT or anywhere using the app on your phone. Using the Myzone heart rate monitor also allows you to also participate in fun challenges with friends and other wellness center members for prizes or just bragging rights. If you would like to purchase a MyZone belt, please stop by our front desk. We offer the MyZone MZ3 and the Myzone Switch along with replacement belts and chargers. The MyZone Switch is unique in it can be worn three different ways and is waterproof to allow swimming workouts to be tracked. Our staff will assist you in setting up your account and getting you connected via our Facility code.
