Instructor: Anna This shallow water class combines water resistance with a variety of equipment and exercises to achieve a high energy aerobic water workout. This is our more intense aqua class; however, participants are encouraged to move and exercise at their own intensity and is designed for participants of all ages.
Instructor: Judy This class combines cardio kickboxing with step aerobics and is geared towards those looking for a slower and lower impact cardiovascular workout.
Instructor: Anna This low-impact class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength.
Instructor: Michelle, Tosha, or Rachel Tabata is an interval class where you will perform a high intensity exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. Participants will use a variety of equipment such as TRX, sand ball, and kettlebells to challenge the mind and body!
