Instructor: Keith This class will combine different elements of fitness such as Pilates, resistance, and flexibility training into one class designed for older adults.
Instructor: Asha This is a basic yoga class in which the instructor will tailor the class to the needs of the participants. Foundational yoga postures will be practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body.
Instructor: Keith Work your muscles in a fun way, all while sitting in a chair!
