Studio 1

Instructor: Tosha Body Sculpt is purely a muscle conditioning class primarily using barbells and dumbbells to perform traditional weight-training exercises in a class setting.

Kickboxing

Instructor: Rachel This is a non-contact cardio kickboxing class that uses bodyweight exercises aimed to increase your cardiovascular fitness and coordination. This is a high intensity, high energy class; however, the instructor will offer lower impact exercise variations.

Yoga
