Instructor: Rachel This class works your muscle endurance by using dumbbells and other pieces of equipment such as resistance bands. This class keeps you moving and having fun by moving fluidly from one exercise to the next, toning the major muscle groups.

Gentle Kick/Step

Instructor: Judy This class combines cardio kickboxing with step aerobics and is geared towards those looking for a slower and lower impact cardiovascular workout.

Body Sculpt

Instructor: Tosha Body Sculpt is purely a muscle conditioning class primarily using barbells and dumbbells to perform traditional weight-training exercises in a class setting.

Aqua Yoga

Instructor: Keith Aqua Yoga is a thermal, aquatic activity which utilizes modified movements and principles of yoga to accommodate people of all fitness levels. This practice takes place in our Warm Water/Therapy Pool, wherein the pressure and buoyancy of water provides practitioners with support and simplifying yoga postures for individuals of all abilities.

Step

Studio 1

Instructor: Blaize Step is a classic aerobics class in which the instructor will give you cues to lead you through fun choreography. Participants have the option of using a bench/step and risers to increase the difficulty of the workout.
