Fruit and Vegetable Smoothies

Our smoothies contain REAL crushed fruit, no HFCS, no artificial ingredients, and are 100% gluten free!  Fruit sugar is gentler on the body than other sugars and causes less of a blood sugar spike. With 20 grams of protein and a variety of nutritional boosts, including Stay Full, Trim and Tone, Boost Immunity, Veggie Boost, Build Muscle, Burn and Build, and Antioxidant Stacks, you can customize your smoothie.  Your smoothies can serve as a full meal, pre-workout meal, post-workout meal or quick energy to meet YOUR needs!


HMR Shakes

Our LIFT Weight Management low-calorie smoothies use the HMR low-calorie meal replacement and come in a variety of delicious flavors. These smoothies are thick, delicious and filling! Every time you choose an HMR Shake instead of a higher-calorie meal or snack, you’ll save calories. For the best results, use shakes as part of an HMR Plan.


Clean Eatz Meals

Clean Eatz Meals can be purchased thawed in our cafe for easy convenience to heat and go. You can also purchase the meals frozen from us, and they will last up to six months in your home freezer. Made fresh in Nashville then flash frozen and shipped here to LIFT, these meals are incredible.

Our LIFT PRO shop is stocked with items for all your fitness needs from headphones, water shoes, phone chargers, chalk, to apparel and snacks. We have samples of pre-workout powder to try at our bar for just $1/scoop. We also offer a variety of ready to drink pre-workout and post-workout drinks as well as snacks and hydration beverages.
