Personal trainers at the LIFT Wellness Center are nationally certified and have a minimum of a four-year degree in exercise science or exercise physiology, having the expertise to create a cutting-edge program specifically designed to achieve your objectives. Also, personal training is an effective way to take your exercise routine to the next level while providing the motivation, encouragement, and accountability you need to get there. After your initial assessment, all personal training appointments are arranged between you and your trainer to best fit your schedule.
