Senior Health & Wellness Day | May 13, 2026

Join us at LIFT Wellness Center for our Senior Health & Wellness Day, a special event designed to help you move, learn, connect, and thrive. This event is open to the public and offers a welcoming, supportive environment for older adults to explore health, fitness, and wellness resources.

Throughout the morning, participants can enjoy a variety of mini classes, including Chair Pilates, Senior Power Circuit, Aqua Tai Chi, and Chair Yoga for Healing — all designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.

In addition to classes, we will have resource and information tables featuring:

  • Exercise is Medicine
  • Nutrition Services
  • Membership Information
  • DEXA Bone Density Screenings
  • Senior Services Information
  • And more community resources

We’ll also be hosting mini educational talks, including:

  • Osteoporosis & Bone Health with Brad Royer, ATC
  • Protein Intake & Nutrition with Megan Thompson, RD

Light refreshments will be available.
