Jeff is a husband, father, professional engineer, teaches middle & high school students, and coaches middle school football, CrossFit and CrossFit Kids.  Jeff received his B.S. from Tennessee Tech University studying civil engineering.  His coaching and participation experiences include football, track & field, cheerleading, volleyball, ultrarunning and CrossFit. His certifications are CrossFit Level 1 and CPR/AED.  Jeff counts himself grateful to work with each athlete regardless if it's their first step toward fitness, or if they've been a gym shark for decades.  Jeff believes that, "Fitness is not an activity or season in life.  It is an ideal that should become a lifestyle.  It does not define you, but it should be a part of your fabric." He is thankful for the opportunity to share his life experiences and what others have taught him to help surface the goals and passions inside each person he is privileged to meet.  He likes to live his life with a creed from Jim Elliot. "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose."
