CrossFit LWC is a group functional training program working all components of fitness. It offers specialized training to improve your overall performance in life, helping you to move from wellness to fitness!

COACHES

Blake is the lead exercise specialist and head CrossFit coach for CrossFit LWC. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Union University. Blake is certified in Functional Movement Screen, CF-L1, Personal Training, and CPR/AED. He has worked with a broad spectrum of athletes for sports performance and general physical preparedness for all ages. His specializations are performance enhancement and injury prevention, functional movement patterns, and weightlifting. Blake has been doing CrossFit for more than eight years and has also competed athletically in Collegiate Track and Field (throwing), Strongman, and Highland Games.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Union University and an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Kent State University-Ashtabula. She is certified in Functional Movement Screen, CF-L1, and CPR/AED. Chelsea has trained athletes at multiple levels, including middle school, high school, collegiate, and Olympics, and provides athletic performance development, injury prevention in youth, and one on one personal training. She has been doing CrossFit for 10+ years, has run multiple distance races (5K, 10K, half, and full marathon), and competed in various obstacle course races.
