LIFT offers three indoor pools.
These include a 25-yard, four-lane lap pool and a therapeutic warm water pool that houses underwater exercise equipment. The pools can be used to help those recovering from an injury, enjoyed by those interested in recreational swimming, and even utilized for triathlete training. The water can be beneficial to everyone, no matter his or her skill level. There is also a twenty person hot tub for you to sit and relax in after a hard workout.
Little Lifters is a supervised, short-term care experience for kids where we play, learn and most importantly, have fun.

We love for our members to enjoy the LIFT with their families. We offer specific hours for members to bring their children/grandchildren under 13 years of age to the LIFT to use the basketball gym and the warm water pool. Family Swim/ Gym is for members' children/ grandchildren only. All family members must be signed in at the front desk and must sign the guest waiver. Children and grandchildren of members over the age of 12 must pay a guest fee. The parent/ grandparent must directly supervise the child at all times and remain in the same area of the facility as the child. Members who allow their children to roam the facility without supervision may be asked to leave and may lose their Family Swim/Gym priveleges.
Location: Family Swim is located in the warm water pool. Children are NOT to utilize the lap pool.
Family Swim Guidelines:
· Members are required to check in at the front desk and again in the pool area with a Lifeguard or Pool technician.
· Family swim is in the Warm Pool only. The lap pool is reserved for lap swimmers only.
· All children must have a parent/guardian actively supervising the child, in the water and within arm’s reach, for the duration of their stay.
· Those under 13 wishing to swim laps must have a parent/guardian in the same lane, and be actively swimming laps.
· Adults or children over the age of two requiring the assistance of opposite gender individuals must utilize the family locker room in the aquatics area.
· Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same gender at ALL times when in the male or female locker rooms.
· Children under 13 are prohibited from using the spa. Please follow all spa guidelines as posted.
· Family swim is only for members children and grandchildren
· Children are not allowed on any of the pool equipment in the water.
· Children are only allowed to use designated noodles and swim toys set out by the Aquatics Staff.
Location: Family Gym is located on the rockwall side of the basketball gymnasium. Basketballs can be checked out at the front desk for member/ family member use during Family Gym. Members will also be required to wear a blue wristband issued by the front desk staff.

Located on the upper level of the center and with windows on nearly all four sides, our 3-lane indoor walking/jogging track overlooks the beautiful new Jackson Walk community in Downtown Jackson. The outside lane is 1/8 of a mile long, while the inside lane is 1/9 of a mile long. Circling above the fitness floor, multi-purpose gymnasium and the main lobby, you are able to get in your jog for the day and still feel a part of the activities going on below.

Experience Massage Therapy, a form of healing and relaxation that has been around for centuries. Just about everyone can benefit from a professional massage. Massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, fatigue, and stress to promote health and wellness.
Allow an extra 15 minutes for your first session so the massage therapist can ask you general health questions such as your reasons for getting a massage, current physical condition, medical history, lifestyle, stress level, and area(s) of pain. Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
Your massage therapist will do everything possible to ensure that your experience is positive and rewarding. After being shown to the massage room, you will be given privacy to undress and a sheet to drape yourself. Prior to the massage, your therapist will discuss the use of a lubricant, light oil, or lotion that is good for your skin and absorbs well. During your massage, you will lie on a comfortably padded table, and your therapist will undrape only the part of your body being massaged, helping to ensure that your modesty will be respected at all times.

Our gymnasium is a multi-use space complete with basketball goals, Rogue fitness power racks, TRX training system,and an indoor rock climbing wall The flooring is rubberized to provide a space that is both slip-resistant and shock absorbent. The half-court divider provides the perfect amount of separation when we have multiple events taking place in one area, such as a Zumbathon or Boot Camp on one end and rock climbing on the other. Circling the upper level of the gym is the western half of our indoor track.

On the east end of our multipurpose gymnasium stands our rock wall at a towering 50 feet. We have three different experience levels available for beginner, intermediate and advanced climbers. Additional challenges can be created within each of the courses simply by restricting the use of a particular climbing grip. For example, to really test your abilities, try avoiding the yellow or orange grips on your trip up.
We have both manual and self belay systems to allow for recreational unassisted climbing as well as team building exercises. The rock wall is available to our members during specified open climb hours for no additional charge. Guests are able to take advantage of the rock wall as a part of an all-day guest pass available for only $15.

Kid's Klimb Occurs every Friday!
The LIFT Wellness Center has several amenities to offer to not only to our members but also to our community. A fully-equipped education suite is located on the second floor of our facility. With state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment along with a full-service demonstration kitchen, we provide the perfect meeting space for trainings, conferences, or other educational and fun events.
The education suite can accommodate up to 85 people or can be divided into two smaller meeting spaces for groups ranging from 15-45 participants. Each classroom is equipped with a projector screen and connectivity supplies. If you are interested in utilizing the demonstration kitchen, you will be pleased to find that it is fully stocked with cooking utensils and is furnished with Viking appliances.

Y.E.S. Certification is required for children ages 13-15 prior to exercising independently.
The Y.E.S. (Youth Exercise Safety Certification) is a program specially designed for teens ages 13-15 to teach them about the importance of safety during exercise, proper body mechanics, proper gym etiquette and healthy nutrition, among other topics beneficial to their experience at the LIFT. After completion of the program, consisting of 2 sessions with an Exercise Specialist, 13-15 year olds will be able to exercise at the LIFT without direct parental supervision required at all times.
