We have reopened many amentities at LIFT Wellness Center and we are hopeful in the future to be open at full capacity. At this time we have established operational guidelines based on a a combination of The State of Tennessee, CDC, and our Medical Advisory Board recommendations. Our operational guidelines and plan has been approved by our owner, West Tennessee Healthcare.
Our focus during this time: Physical Distancing, Member Protection, Employee Protection, & Sanitization.
We are requiring our members to sign the LIFT Member Pledge to ensure that we all agree to keep each other safe. You will either need to bring your signed pledge with you every time you come to LIFT, or you can simply take a photo of your signed pledge and show us each time you visit LIFT. We will have copies of the pledge available at LIFT Wellness Center.
